Well today was and still is in the Pacific North West and a few other countries… National Root Beer Float Day… and guess what?!?! I found a recipe to make a root beer float with three of my favorite things: Port Wine, Ice Cream and Thomas Kemper! You just top some vanilla ice cream (preferably Blue Bell) with a ruby port (I’d prefer Cockburn’s) and add a splash of cream soda on top (Thomas Kemper of course), and viola!
